We can accommodate single-person businesses in our Executive Suites as well as larger companies requiring several thousand square feet of office space. Centrally located at 2021 East Hennepin Avenue, Minneapolis, MN 55413, we are close to the freeway system via Highway 280 or Interstate 35W.  Hennepin Square is minutes from both the Minneapolis and Saint Paul downtowns. In fact, the Minneapolis skyline is part of the view from the west side of our building.

In addition to Hennepin Square's convenient central location, amble free parking is readily available. Both your employees and clients will appreciate our large main lot. There is a smaller auxiliary surface lot on the west side of the building. Compared to downtown office space, Hennepin Square's available free parking can result in significant savings every month.

Hennepin Square has heated underground parking available. Assigned spaces can be leased at very reasonable rates, typically less than half of what a downtown space costs.
