We offer three types of executive suites in two configurations. Our Basic Single offices are about 12’ X 9’, interior location. Our Premium Single offices are larger at about 12’ X 10’ with exterior windows. Premium Double offices are about 18’ X 12’ with multiple exterior windows. Each of these three types are available in an unfurnished configuration or as a PLUS Office which includes high quality furniture, seating, and storage. These are true turn-key spaces that are ready to go to work for you!

Each executive suite office includes wireless Internet access. Hard-wired Internet and telephone lines are available through Comcast or other providers.  Hennepin Square has two conference rooms available at no additional charge to all tenants. Executive suites tenants also have free access to a private high end meeting room.
